We have affordable retainer packages and payment is flexible. Our retainer Clients have a choice of paying yearly, bi-annually, quarterly or monthly.

One Off Services

  • Obtaining a Tax Identification Number for a Company with Federal Inland Revenue Service (“FIRS”) and Payer Identification Number for an individual with the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service (“LIRS”).
  • Registration of Value Added Tax with the FIRS.
  • Registration with a recognized Pension Funds Administrator.

Retainership Package 1

  • File your company’s monthly Value Added Tax (“VAT”) returns with the FIRS at the statutory time;
  • File your company’s monthly withholding tax returns with FIRS and LIRS within the statutory time frame;
  • File your company’s monthly Pay As You Earn (“PAYE”) returns with LIRS for employees;
  • Remit Pension of the employees to the Pension Funds Administrator monthly;
  • File your company’s annual Company Income Tax (“CIT”) with FIRS;
  • Assist your company with the procurement of a group life insurance as required by the Pension Reform Act, 2014;
  • Filing of PAYE Annual Returns with the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service;
  • Assist with the payment of Business Premises and Development Levy with the LIRS; and,
  • Obtain a Tax Clearance Certificate for a company from the FIRS.

  • Monthly remittance of pension of the employees to their respective Pension Funds Administrator;

  • Remittance of Industrial Training Fund contribution on an annual basis;
  • Filing of PAYE Annual Returns with the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service at the beginning of every year; and,
  • Assist with the payment of Business Premises and Development Levy with the LIRS.
